Teller County Program Manager

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Responsible for maintaining and expanding both D&N and SEPT services in Teller County. This includes the supervision of D&N CASA Advocates and SEPT Facilitators in meeting program goals, while also working collaboratively with CASA staff and stakeholders in the areas of Teller County advertising, volunteer recruitment, training, public relations, and fundraising. Assist Program Director as needed.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A.    College graduate
B.    Teller County resident
C.    Program management experience
D.    Volunteer management or equivalent experience
E.     Human services experience in a related field
F.     Knowledge of domestic violence dynamics
G.    Knowledge of child welfare and court systems
H.    Program analysis, outcome creation, and data analysis experience
I.      Knowledge of public relations and customer service
J.      Written and verbal presentation skills
K.    Computer skills to include Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and database entry
L.     Reliable transportation required
M.   Availability to work evening and weekend hours as needed

Salary Range - $55,000 to $66,759
